Magnificent structure, immersed in a well-kept garden, with a breathtaking view of the Aegean Sea. Very simple but well-furnished and very clean apartment. Very kind and helpful owner. Another positive note: the delightful dog Ramonna and the kittens who kept us company.

Wonderful place, owner present, available and hospitable. Simple room but with attention to detail. Excellent cleanliness. View from the terrace on the sea phenomenal! Possibility to eat in the room given the presence of everything necessary. Excellent value for money! And finally beautiful garden, also with attention to detail! Excellent value for money!

Fantastic view from the balcony, large spaces, impeccable daily cleaning. Nothing was missing: hairdryer, basin for clothes, clothes horse and we were even given a beach umbrella to borrow. Babis is adorable, very helpful. He offers to take you to and from the airport, offers coffee (Italian or Greek) and fresh water upon arrival, even honey produced by him. In the evening when we returned he always found a way to entertain our baby and had beautiful words for us when we said goodbye, he gave a big hug to the little one so much that we were all moved, at the end. He did not stop asking about Babi for all the days that followed. We carry him in our hearts. The villa has a magnificent garden, a convenient parking lot and the main beaches (the calm ones even when it is windy) are all quite close. The closest one Kolios was our favorite because it is ideal for children. The closest bus stop is no. 13, within walking distance. Absolutely family friendly place

Abbiamo soggiornato 10 gg a inizio giugno, la location è pulita, familiare, silenziosa, rilassante. La Villa si trova a Kolios, su una collina, a 100 metri dalla strada principale, il che ci ha permesso di stare fuori dal caos ma con possibilità di rapidi spostamenti nell’isola. C’è sempre posto per parcheggiare l’automobile nel giardino o appena fuori. La stanza aveva l’accesso al terrazzino dove potevamo fare colazione e a volte la cena con vista mozzafiato su mare e colline, stupendo!, Le piastre per cucinare funzionano perfettamente e le stoviglie sono nuove. La doccia anche funziona bene sia nel getto che nello scarico. Il letto matrimoniale è king size e comodo; la biancheria letto e bagno pulita e cambiata ogni 2/3 gg. A 100 metri c’è un mini market. Babi è stato accogliente, gentile, colloquiale, disponibile alle richieste, ci ha dato consigli e indicazioni ed è molto simpatico! Tornando a Skiathos non avrei dubbi a prenotare di nuovo lì, lo consiglio.
