During our five-night stay, one day of room cleaning was forgotten. I called the front desk that evening and was told the cleaning staff had gone home and there was nothing they could do. The air conditioning and heating wouldn't work properly, the soundproofing was terrible, and both the waitstaff and the front desk staff were indifferent. The included breakfast was extremely chaotic, sometimes requiring additional bills and sometimes not. For a hotel managed by IHG's Holiday Inn brand, this hotel fell far short of our expectations!

Staff was very friendly. The only problem was, I had to go to the front desk every day to get the room key reset because it would lock us out of the room. Not a huge deal, just aggravating. This is the first hotel I’ve stayed in that I ever had to do this.
