Great location. Cleanliness could be improved. Room was missing shampoo and body wash, but it was brought up promptly. Service was good. Overall, average experience.

This hotel is definitely the best in North Macedonia! The staff are incredibly helpful and always ready to assist. I had a room with a view of the square, which was absolutely beautiful. Plus, I had access to the executive lounge. We really enjoyed the happy hour there. I would highly recommend this hotel!

Title: Unbeatable location, but standard has drastically dropped – Won't be back Having been a loyal customer for 10 years, it is disappointing to say I won't be returning. While the location is unbeatable, the breakfast is nice, and the pool area is clean (though very slippery), the overall standard has fallen significantly. The staff remain a highlight. The young Macedonian gentlemen at the front desk were incredibly friendly, and the lady in the Club Lounge—who spoke fluent English, Macedonian, and French—provided great service. Unfortunately, the rooms are run-down, desperately need renovation, and the beds and pillows were very uncomfortable. The Club Lounge was highly disappointing. Beware that even if you pay for access, you can be locked out if they book a private function. When open, the lounge is basic and the food was terrible—we were served raw steak and overcooked chicken. The choice of two wines and beers was adequate, but the food quality ruins it. It is a shame to walk away after a decade, but the lack of comfort and poor food quality means I will look elsewhere next time.

One of the best hotels in Skopje, located right on Alexander Square. It's incredibly convenient for sightseeing and dining, and also very close to the Chinese Embassy with a Chinese restaurant nearby. Very convenient overall.

This wasn't my first stay, and it certainly won't be my last. I'll definitely be back next time...!

Very good hotel

Very friendly staff, perfect location and high end amenities. Only downside is the see-through shower door. Super super weird if you travel with family members.

I had an absolutely brilliant stay at this hotel! Everything was perfect: the rooms were impeccably clean, and the bedding was very comfortable, allowing me to enjoy a quality night's sleep. The welcome was professional and warm, and every detail was carefully looked after. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a place to feel good and fully relax.

The best staff and the best service I have ever seen in my travels. The location is in the heart of Skopje. The room is spacious and very clean. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The breakfast was amazing and very well presented. The receptionists left me a very good impression from the very beginning. I would recommend it.
