The room was an average hotel room with clean beds, a functional tv, a cigarette burn in the rug and your standard bathroom stains. Unfortunately the pool was not functional and we weren’t informed until we came down to use it after checking in and had to disappoint our kids that it was closed. The staff story changed a few times, first saying that it had to be cleaned after a rowdy weekend, but it’d be ready in the morning. The following morning they had found glass in the pool and had to continue running maintenance for safety. That’s the right call, but staff was unapologetic and did not offer any other solutions. We were referred to the GM who still wasn’t able to resolve the issue, and was blunt about her inability to do anything else for us.
It’s too bad - a decent hotel was tainted by a series of miserable interactions and deficit of listed amenities.

The lobby is nice & clean. The room overall is clean but the walls have handprints & are dirty. Im pretty sure there's a booger beside the body mirror on one of the walls. We utilized the pool which was fine. Breakfast was also good. The beds we had 100% need upgraded. They are very, very hard. I woke up sore this morning.

The staff we're very friendly and efficient, but understaffed. The room was clean and in good shape. The furniture in the lobby and pool area was soiled and not up to standard. There were no knives available for the food.

The property was very nice and clean. We’ll definitely be back. We highly appreciated the receptionist who allowed us to check in a few minutes early due to us being in a wedding.

Our air conditioner was broke in our room, housekeeping left dirty towels from previous guest in our bathroom, we called 3 times for clean towels and never received them. This was the worst hotel ever!!!!

The hotel was very clean, with a modern look. It was tucked back in a quiet, yet still very convenient location. The best part was probably the whirlpool and indoor swimming pool. After a long weekend of travel it was nice to be able to relax in the whirlpool. I will definitely stay here again next time im in the area.

Beds are super firm, so I had a hard time sleeping. Room was clean, but toilet ran all night. Good location.
