This hotel was in a great location, very close to the outdoor mall and many restaurants. It was extremely clean. The room had a refrigerator and microwave. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom had ample space for all your toiletries, medicines, and personal items. It had a morning breakfast, and coffee was available 24/7. Staff was very attentive to any needs we had.

Staying at the Comfort Inn & Suites right off of I-10 in Slidell was the best bang for our buck.We spent a considerable amount of time in New Orleans, so being able to jump right on and off the expressway was very convenient. We stayed for 4 days and it was great. The hotel was very clean. There are plenty of places to eat and shop in the vicinity. And the price was very reasonable. When I come back to the area, I'll definitely book here again.

What made this not so good was a number of things. First, took to long to check me in.
2. Only one elevator in the whole building.
3. Room had roaches in the bathroom. Small German roachs not water bugs.
4. Housekeepers didn't speak English at all.
5. Had to go back physically to the front desk to tell them the problem. No one was answering the phone. It was only 1 person working there that day.
6.They exchanged my room only to put me right next door to a room filled with loud kids. That stayed the entire weekend of my stay.

Its not worth the money. We spent 143 per night some 40 miles away from New Orleans thinking we might get better quality. But its not that great and not good value for money.

This room was very very clean and spacious. Bed very comfy. Pillows very comfy. Breakfast was fantastic. If we did have a complaint it would be the gravy for the biscuits It was some kind of chicken gravy instead of the sausage gravy which we thought was odd. But everything else was great

The experience was great overall. Front desk guys were nice and responsive! The only details are the breakfast which was a little short of choices and they couldn’t provide a pack&play crib for my baby. It’s unacceptable that a hotel just have one for customers.

Mold in my room, made family sick, manager didn’t care because we booked third party. We called county health department 8-14-2023.

First night was bad, our room was filled with mold from leaks. Family started feeling bad that’s when we noticed the mold. Went to two other room’s before we found one without mold. Doing check out, manager was notified but did not seem to care. because we were booked by third party. No call from hotel or management ,on Monday 8-14-2023 county’s health department was called about the hotel rooms 306,322 .
