Maria Luisa by Introvert Hotels

The hotel is super well located. Right in front of the city's noisiest tram intersection. It didn't bother me for sleeping, but it might be annoying if you're a light sleeper. The bathroom has a major design flaw; water overflows from the shower and it smells a lot. The self-check-in concept is very convenient. It has lockers for luggage. The design is somewhat eclectic but functional.

A very pleasant stay at Hotel Maria Luisa. The hotel has its charm, is well located, and the atmosphere is very cozy. The key code access system is simple. The cleaning staff was friendly and attentive at all times. A highly recommended option to enjoy the city and rest comfortably. I would definitely come back!

Good-sized room, clean. Coffee corner at the reception and water available. Luggage storage available in lockers. Close to the city center and 150 meters from 3 metro lines. Highly recommended.

The hotel was fully self-check-in with auto-locking doors, and no staff were present! Great value for money. There's a hairdryer available. However, the Wi-Fi wasn't working well, so I couldn't use it. They said it was under repair, so I recommend checking its status before booking! I booked a room with a window, but it couldn't be opened, and it was dark even during the day. The photos were taken at check-out, so it's a bit messy, but it was very clean when I arrived! This hotel is recommended for those who will be out and about all day, from morning till night!

Convenient and spacious room, all amenities available at the hotel. It's within walking distance to all attractions and restaurants, and also close to supermarkets and the bus station if you're planning a trip to Plovdiv.

The location is fantastic – right in front of Serdika metro station and the tram stop, which made getting around incredibly convenient. There's also a large supermarket and a great bakery right nearby, which was a huge plus. And the self check-in process was super easy. Highly recommend!
