Some of the staff were super helpful whole others lacked any sort of service awareness. The rooms weren’t the best as the AC was so weak that it made almost ni difference. The shower wasn’t powerful enough, the glasses were dirty and the maids were continuously trying to come in the room without knocking. Location was far from centre. It was cheap but for a reason. Would do just for a night but spending several nights there wasn’t great. The city itself is not bad but nothing to write home about.

Next to the Central Railway Station, easy access to the city by tram. Good service with a warm welcome by the Manager

Great location, lovely environment, convenient transportation, and warm service. The breakfast was plentiful, and they even prepared a breakfast box for me on my last day since I had to leave early.

Much cleaner than expected from exterier. Very friendly and kind reception and hospitality. Breakfast is very good. Location just a few minutes walk from central station and bus terminal.

Clean, comfortable and quite. The staff is polite and helpful, and they accommodated us with 30 minutes earlier check in. The hotel is located right next to a tram station, and it's not far to walk to the centre (25-30 minutes). The breakfast is decent and has all the basics you need. I'd fix the quality of juices.

It's close by and the price is good. Everything else is average, but fair for the price. They even packed my breakfast for me.

Enjoyed my stay! An excellent breakfast with a good selection and location is very close to the railway and bus stations (about 200 m away). Also it’s only an .80 cent ride by metro to Alexander Nevsky church and other key sites (I walked the 2 km there but it took about 40 mins due to crosswalks under roads). And there’s a traditional Bulgarian restaurant with live music band about two blocks away through the park with a currency exchange a 10-min walk away from the hotel. Also, bonus, free apples in the lobby! Great snack for being on-the-go! :)

Great location! It's very close to the train station. There's a bus stop right by the hotel, and the metro is nearby – just two stops to the city center.

The location is perfect, making it easy to explore the city while still feeling peaceful and relaxing. The breakfast was a real highlight: excellent variety, fresh ingredients, and delicious options to suit all tastes. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the staff were friendly, professional, and always happy to help. Overall, a fantastic experience and great value for money. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Sofia

It's a pretty standard place. The location is really convenient, but the service and friendliness were quite mediocre. Plus, there were little bugs in the room.

Staff in restorant are not friendly and even angry...Never say (older women) hello and bue! Room is too noisy due to tram which start at 4:30 a.m. and finish 0:30 No fitness, no sauna,,, Fully disapointed

Just a few minutes walk from Sofia main station and underground station. Friendly staff, with goid English. Breakfast had a reasonable choice.

Hotel is next to metro 2 central train station and is quite good if you can navigate the metro, line The breakfast is the same everyday but staff are good and complimentary coffee in reception. On my visit very quiet this time of year in Sofia but I enjoyed Sofia No restaurant nearby have to go into city . There are shops nearby about 1/2 km away but it’s ok and safe Night time few doggy characters around this part of town but avoid them 24 hr reception was helpful and warm Just if you come in late grab some food for your room as nothing to eat around

The location is great. Overall, I had a good stay.
