We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the location is great. Everything was well organized and made the stay easy and enjoyable. Would happily stay here again.

Very Disappointing Service – Not Worth the Price I recently stayed at Hotel COOP Sofia and had an unpleasant experience with one of the receptionists, Mariana. When I called the reception to request some ice for my room, she informed me ,in a rather rude tone ! That the hotel does not deliver ice to rooms and that I had to come downstairs to collect it myself. As I tried to explain that I had received ice in my room the previous evening, she abruptly hung up the phone. When I went down to the lobby to clarify the situation, I told her that her behavior was unacceptable and that an apology would be appropriate. Instead of apologizing, she claimed she was “too busy” and that there were “too many guests,” although the lobby was completely empty at the time. She then asked, again in a dismissive way, whether I still wanted the ice. I requested to speak with her supervisor, but she pretended not to understand what I meant. Eventually, she brought me a small amount of ice in a paper cup. Only after I insisted did she return with an ice bucket and tongs. This level of service is far below what one would expect from a four starts hotel of this category. The experience left a very negative impression, and I will certainly not stay here again. Aside from this, the hotel’s facilities are average at best and do not justify the price. The only real advantage is the availability of parking, which also comes with an additional charge of €12 per day.

Very old hotel. The water from the tap is yellow, probably because the water tank or pipes are rusty. The air conditioner can only cool but not heat. It was very cold at night. I caught a cold in the middle of the night. Not recommended

The room is spacious and in a great location. It's right in the city center, making it convenient to go anywhere.

Cleanliness, location, comfort, breakfast and room equipment make this hotel an excellent option to discover the lively city of Sofia. Four stars equivalent to Spanish hotels of the same category

For a European hotel in the center of Sofia, the level is low. For that amount of money, everything is new in Russia. And here there is shabby furniture, a torn curtain, a small choice of breakfast. In general, it deserves 3 stars.

Breakfast was OK, the room was relatively large. Unfortunately, almost all the rooms face the street, which is very busy. At night it was too loud to sleep with the window open. The location is good, about 15 minutes walk to Serdica

The hotel is in a central location, I had work at the Ministry of Justice and could reach it in 10 minutes. When I arrived at the hotel around 11, they wanted 30 euros for early check-in even though there were 7 empty rooms. The salami meat products served for breakfast said smoked turkey, but when I asked the waiter, it said pork. There was no clarity. There are no Turkish channels on the television. There are two towels, two shaving sets and cleaning and care products for hair and body in the bathroom.
