This place was a dream! Paolo the proprietor was a wonderful host and welcomed us each day with a wonderful smile and very helpful information. He was responsive to anything needed. The view of the lake was incredible and the place was peaceful and charming. The location was perfect to visit Italy and see many things and I can't wait to go back!

Nel complesso una bella struttura, curata con grande piscina e immersa nella natura.
Peccato che una stanza presentava 3 grandi ragnatele nere, quindi li da tempo.
Illuminazione delle stanza molto soft.

Struttura tranquilla, silenziosa. Comoda per raggiungere Desenzano e sonda bresciana del lago. Pulito e con piscina adatta sia a grandi sia a piccini. Proprietario e personale disponibile. Consigliato per chi predilige tranquillità.

Ontzettend slechte service in dit hotel. En dit komt eigenlijk door de eigenaar. Bij aankomst lang bij de receptie moeten wachten voordat hij uiteindelijk kwam. Amper met elkaar gepraat en er moest al meteen betaald worden. Toen er betaald was liep meneer met ons mee naar het gebouw waar de kamer zat, maar liep gek genoeg niet mee naar de kamer zelf. En achteraf weten we waarom. Wij hebben namelijk een compleet andere (super slechte) kamer gekregen. Wij zijn meteen terug gegaan naar de receptie en hier wat van gezegd en tegen betaling konden wij wel een andere kamer krijgen. Wij konden de kamer krijgen die wij eigenlijk al hadden geboekt! Maar dan nog tegen een flinke bij betaling. Het is ronduit belachelijk dat je moet bij betalen voor een kamer die je eigenlijk al had moeten krijgen. Met de eigenaar van het hotel valt dus absoluut niet te praten. Verder was het zwembad prima, het uitzicht top en het ontbijt was ook goed. Maar bij deze 3 pluspunten houd ik het ook bij. Onze tip: Mocht je dit hotel willen boeken, check eerst je kamer vóórdat je betaald en laat je niet ompraten door deze man.

Penosa la pulizia delle camere, personale scortese, malfunzionamento servizi igienici, condizionatore non mantenuto, infinite rampe di scale che conducono a camere tipo Alcatraz. Discreti il panorsma e la piscina. Prezzi inadeguati. Lo consiglio ai soli masochisti.

Siamo stati in questo residence nel mese di giugno. Devo dire che si trova in una posizione magnifica, su di una collina con vista sul lago di Garda. Noi siamo stati fortunati ad avere un appartamentino da cui si poteva vedere il lago in tutto il suo splendore. Molto bella anche la piscina, circondata dagli ulivi. quello che invece non va è la trascuratezza che abbiamo trovato nell'appartamento. Freezer pieno di ghiaccio, frigo funzionante a singhiozzo, tv non funzionante, come pure il forno a microonde. Purtroppo pecche riscontrate anche da altri in altri appartamenti. Peccato perchè il residence è veramente bello.

We kregen een klein appartement van nog geen 17 m2 terwijl we een appartement hadden geboekt die tweemaal groter was. In het appartement was er bijna geen uitrusting, je moest werkelijk alles zelf meenemen. Appartement niet schoon, vol insecten en mieren en een douchecabine van 65x65 cm. Bij aankomst zeer ongastvrije ontvangst door onvriendelijke eigenaresse met : “wat komt u hier doen?” Al met al veel te duur voor wat het is. De foto’s met zwembad moeten het doen, maar het is allemaal erg basic, zeker voor die prijs. Wel mooi uitzicht en goede wifi op het hele terrein.
