Compared to the older facilities, it was well-maintained, so I had no inconveniences at all. The room was spacious! The amenities, including the unmanned cafe on the first floor, the convenience store, sauna, and arcade, were great. 🙂🙂🙂 It rained so I couldn't go, but it would be nice to just walk around the resort. However, the trash can in the kitchen was covered with a rag, and they hadn't emptied it. I thought they forgot, so I overlooked it, but please double-check the cleaning! Overall, I was satisfied and would definitely visit again!

It's comfortable and clean. The sauna and breakfast buffet were great.~^^ A swimming pool would be great. I suggest installing the latest equipment in the gym.

It was cleaner than I expected, and it had been remodeled to some extent, so it was comfortable and convenient to stay in. The price was reasonable, so it was a good value for money accommodation.

It was raining so I couldn't see the view, but it was a place with good air and good value for money.

The front desk was quick to respond with instructions for early check-in, sauna use, and other things. From day one, the bathroom, unused, had a musty odor and low water pressure. The confirmation call a few days before check-in was helpful and appreciated.

I'm satisfied with the location and service, but the parking lot is far away, the bathroom water pressure is high, and an ATM seems to be needed.

The facilities were remodeled, and everything was clean and well-equipped, but it was disappointing that they didn't even provide bottled water,,, and I wish the front desk staff were a little more friendly,,, I had a good rest thanks to Geumho Resort,

There was a lot of noise coming from the bed frame!

Despite being an older resort, the exterior was clean and the facilities were decent. However, the bedding and floor inside were extremely dirty. After wiping the floor once, the white dishcloth turned black. The bedding was covered in dust and hair. The refrigerator was very weak, and the TV was not in the center but on the left side, making it very uncomfortable to watch. The cutlery was also very dirty, especially where your mouth touches it. The sauna had a foul odor, reminiscent of a septic tank, and the tub was extremely dirty. Even though the room closed at 8:00 PM, the staff came in around 7:20 PM to clean the sauna, which was extremely inconvenient.

The room size was great for the price and the location was great for bringing a child. However, I was very disappointed by the lack of cleanliness throughout. There was hair, the blankets weren't cleaned, and the sink wasn't properly cleaned.

We booked a breakfast buffet and paid W22,000 per person, but there was no buffet and only three fasting options. The fasting options were W12,000-W14,000, so I protested, but they denied it, saying they didn't have a job. I emailed them about this and complained twice through the internal network, but they refused to listen. Please apologize and refund the difference. If not, please understand that I will file a complaint with the Fair Trade Commission. Sincerely, Park Gwang-sook
