The facilities are old, so I could hear too much noise from the next room. I'm satisfied with the service, though. It was cheap for a weekend stay, which was nice.

Breakfast should be upgraded, and the parking location should be managed.

It was a great place to stay the night before going to Seoraksan. And it was really clean and nice.

We stayed here for our family trip to Sokcho. The rooms were clean, and the sauna used Cheoksan hot spring water, so the water was excellent and we enjoyed using it with the children.

As the building is old, noise between floors was quite significant, and the condition of the bedding was somewhat disappointing. On the other hand, the kitchen was well-equipped, making it convenient for simple cooking or long-term stays. Additionally, the front desk staff were quick and friendly, so the overall service was satisfactory. Although the facilities were outdated, it was a hotel with good convenience and staff service.

I felt like the cleaning wasn't done well, and walking up after parking was difficult on rainy and hot days.

This is my second stay. I visited with my family last fall and had a great time, so I decided to stay again. However, since I stayed for consecutive nights this time, I noticed some areas that could be improved, so I am writing this review. First of all, it was a bit inconvenient that the room I booked was not available. I booked a room with two beds because I used one last year, but this time it only had one. The front desk staff were friendly. The convenience store was convenient and nice, but the karaoke room and chicken restaurant were both closed, so I was unable to use them.

It was great that it was close to Seoraksan Mountain and Sokcho Beach. The interior was also clean as it had been remodeled. The price was affordable, so I highly recommend it!

Regarding amenities, it would be nice to have a cafe on the first floor. Also, the outdoor barbecue area seems poorly maintained. I wish the surrounding environment were made a bit brighter.

Compared to the older facilities, it was well-maintained, so I had no inconveniences at all. The room was spacious! The amenities, including the unmanned cafe on the first floor, the convenience store, sauna, and arcade, were great. 🙂🙂🙂 It rained so I couldn't go, but it would be nice to just walk around the resort. However, the trash can in the kitchen was covered with a rag, and they hadn't emptied it. I thought they forgot, so I overlooked it, but please double-check the cleaning! Overall, I was satisfied and would definitely visit again!

It was a trip I took with my parents, and thanks to you, we had a great rest. They felt very comfortable. The hot water flowed well, and they liked that it was hot spring water. The sauna was also very good, but, since my parents have bad knees, using the stairs was difficult for them, so we had no choice but to cancel it. The breakfast was generally good, and they said they enjoyed the sound of birds chirping in the morning.

It was great for a family trip. The soundproofing was a bit lacking, but the location was exactly what I wanted and it was clean.

Everything was fine, but the counter staff was so unfriendly that it ruined my mood. Service training is needed.

It's comfortable and clean. The sauna and breakfast buffet were great.~^^ A swimming pool would be great. I suggest installing the latest equipment in the gym.
