We recently stayed for one night at the Fern Surya Resort, and it was a delightful experience. The resort is beautifully maintained, offering a picturesque and serene environment. The staff was exceptionally polite and attentive, ensuring all our needs were met. We had a great time playing chess and snooker, and the swimming pool was a refreshing treat. The food was outstanding, with delicious options at the dinner buffet, breakfast buffet, and the evening High Tea. Overall, our stay was memorable, and we look forward to returning.

My family and I had a fantastic time at your resort. The facilities were excellent, the staff was friendly and accommodating, and the atmosphere was relaxing and enjoyable. We especially loved the high tea time in afternoon and our time in the pool. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

I have been here to this place couple of times and I must say every time their services have taken another level. The food is amazing and the staff specially Happy did her best to ensure food is served as per the ask. This ecofriendly resort is a perfect weekend getaway for couples and family.

great service by the staff (Ms. Happy & Ms. Preeti Especially) and a nice experience overall. A lift would've been a great addition since the lobby, restaurant, and rooms are pretty far apart. The bed decorations were also very intricate and impressive!

We stayed as a family and were fully satisfied with our experience at this beautiful resort. Our trip was made exceptional by Arvind - F&B Executive who literally laid red carpet for us and made no stone unturned to ensure our family had the best hospitality experience. The room cleanliness was to a very good standard. We highly recommend this place. Thank you to Arvind as without him, our experience would not have been an exceptional one.

Nice view and staff are soft spoken and cooperative , their service was excellent, food is also good… my mind became calm and relaxed to saw awesome view and calmness in weather…overall experience was good…their are many activity for kids…. And their indoor pool are good to relax body…. I wish to vist again here….

We stayed for 2 days in the resort and the experience was fantastic. The staff was kind and the service was absolute. We might visit this property again. Things that I loved about this place -Big Room -Beautiful View - Staff -Location -Hi-Tea - Laundry Service -Room Dining Big shout out to Pawan who takes good care of us at breakfast. Front office team Sandhya and Praveen The drawbacks of the property are -We asked for a pain reliever spray which was not provided nor were we informed regarding availability. - The pool was fully chlorinated. - I saw the board games and activities while booking. Which I didn't see and nobody told us about the same. The stay, in general, was very good.

The rooms shown in pics of popular apps like Mmt qre much larger as compared to actual rooms and hotel acknowledges the same too. Eg Winter green premium room shown in picture is of 3rd floor but they give you rooms in 2nd floor which is half the size. Dont fall for these tactics Also food is average. Staff is very uncooperative especially Mr Saurabh Swimming pool is.always dirty. Dont recommend this hotel at all

Pathetic experience as the hotel rooms are very small and different from the pictures depicted in OTA apps like MMT and Agoda. I was fooled by the room pics of winter green premium. Hotel staff agreed that they have smaller rooms also in the same category eg 2nd floor has size half of the rooms at 3rd floor. Staff especially Mr Saurabh was uncooperative despite acknowledging that this deceit was done by the hotel. I will never recommend this hotel to anyone. Food is also 4/10
