Lovely room, bed was amazing. Food was superb. Staff were fantastic. Leisure pool could do with a re fresh and our room was freezing cold. The heating kept switching itself off. Room 244. Would stay again but in the Warmer months.

We chose this hotel, about a 30-minute drive from home, for a one-night stay so the kids could go swimming. They were so excited before we even left. After checking in, we rushed to the pool, only to be told that children weren't allowed after 6 PM and could only use it after 9 AM the next morning. However, check-out was at 11 AM, which left very little time. So, I contacted Trip.com customer service to request a late check-out. During the first call, the hotel said they would charge £10 per hour for late check-out. We expressed our dissatisfaction, and thanks to Trip.com's proactive coordination, the hotel finally agreed to a free two-hour late check-out for both rooms. The kids had a fantastic time the next morning, which was a huge plus. The hotel is newly renovated, and the overall facilities are quite good for a UK hotel. Dinner was also decent, though the steak was a bit disappointing. Luckily, the waitstaff were very friendly and didn't charge us for it. IHG's service philosophy was generally well-reflected. However, the hotel seemed a bit understaffed. There were only two people at the front desk, so checking in required a bit of a wait. After check-in, no one showed us to our rooms, and the layout was a bit confusing, making it easy to get lost. I hope the hotel can improve in this area in the future. Also, it would be even more appealing if they could add some family-friendly room types.

Exceptional service for a half board stay on weekday that offered a tasty 3-course dinner and breakfast in such a premium hotel with pool, gym room, steam room and sauna! Definitely worth to come again and again!

Nice hotel in Solihul… Stayed for business… Made use of the gym, pool and sauna etc… Nice breakfast which catered for vegans… The young girl manning the breakfast was lovely..

On arrival we were asked to pay £10 for parking which seems odd. I could understand if you weren’t a guest, but if you’re staying I don’t understand why you have to pay. Reception was easy and hassle free. Room was as expected. Clean and comfortable. Had to ask for extra teabags, milk sugar as only a couple in the room. Slept well. No noise. Breakfast was excellent Lots of choice and not greasy.

Excellent location for the town centre and plenty of parking, we booked parking through yourparkingspace.com and left the car there for the duration of our holiday from Birmingham airport. Rooms are air conditioned, very spacious and clean. Lovely bathroom.

The hotel was clean and facilties were great. Nice Sauna, shower and Jacuzzi. Also the room was nice and we had the dinner and breakfast was lovely with a great selection.

like the car park, location was great, just one stop from Birmingham. Enjoy the spa as well. Overall it is great experience.

This was a great Hotel stay in a nice and quiet suburb of Birmingham the room is very clean nice comfortable and there was also a swimming pool for a quick getaway
