Our stay was wonderful and we enjoyed the view on the Aare.

Very good!

Solothurn and Thun are two different places. I booked Thun directly when I saw the booking information, but it turns out that getting from Solothurn to Thun, Interlaken, and Spiez requires two train transfers, which is very inconvenient. Also, the hotel's attitude was extremely unfriendly. I took a selfie at the front desk, and the black male receptionist insisted I was taking his picture and demanded to see my phone. I showed him the photo on my phone before he apologized. My power bank was in my backpack pocket when I checked my luggage, and it was gone when I went to get it. They wouldn't admit it when I asked. The room was terrible—two 0.9-meter beds pushed together, and the blanket was smaller than a hard sleeper quilt in China; you couldn't cover your back when you turned over. The bathroom leaked; it clogged halfway through a shower. Beware! Don't be attracted by the castle photos outside the window; that's what fooled me!!!

It is a very good hotel with a very beautiful environment, clean rooms and excellent service. If I have the opportunity to go to Switzerland again, I will definitely choose them.

The bed was too soft.

The hotel is not far from the train station. You need to cross the road, including waiting for the lights, and it takes about 8-10 minutes to walk. The scenery of the hotel is amazing, but it's a pity that I didn't stay in a river view room. The front desk staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is rich and the restaurant has a pleasant view. There is a supermarket about 10 minutes' walk away, which is quite convenient.

Alles hat agepasst, bequeme Betten gutes Frühstück. Werde wieder dorthin gehen wenn ich in dieser Region am arbeiten bin. Die Sauna am Abend war super.

alles bestens…… was nicht so toll ist…. man kommt bedingt Reisezeit früher als geplant an kann aber das Zimmer ( obwohl schon bereit) erst ab 15 Uhr beziehen. Man bekommt das Angebot, für 30.— aber vorher das Zimmer zu bekommen. ich finde es ok, wenn man das bei Der Buchung expliziert so bestellen möchte und es zu einem Aufpreis kommt. Aber wenn schon alles bereit steht, finde ich das unnötig. liebe Grüsse Chrigu

地理位置優越，離火車站步行14分鐘左右。浴室和廁所分開的，房間非常乾淨舒適，空調出風量可以調節，睡覺時可以調最小，窗户關上後隔音效果好。前台非常有禮貌，服務周到，送免費公交🚌，早餐總體可以，該有的都有了，衹是人比較多，建議稍微提前些去。
