A truly amazing 2-day, 1-night experience here! This is the ideal place for a relaxing short getaway after a tiring workday, with family and loved ones! The combination of Japanese onsen bathing culture and Vietnamese traditional architecture creates an experience that is both familiar and novel! Although still under construction, it's very clean! The space is quiet, with lots of greenery and fresh air! Besides the onsen, there are many other activities: pedal boating, painting statues, a gym, a tea ceremony area, a traditional cultural performance area, a spa, and restaurants, suitable for all ages! The breakfast was very rich and varied, I was really impressed with the carefully selected passion fruit, all the fruits were the same size, the chicken pho and rice rolls were delicious! The yogurt was creamy and didn't separate, super smooth. The only downside is that there were many other dishes but I was too full to eat them 🤤. It's probably been a while since I last visited my hometown, so I was quite surprised by the service attitude of the staff here. They were very professional and enthusiastic, from the cleaning staff to the receptionists, especially Mr. Duy, the head of sales, who greeted me very warmly, provided detailed information about the resort's services, and suggested nearby attractions, paying close attention to my needs! My most memorable experience was probably the sauna with Vietnamese herbs like lemongrass, which gave me a feeling I'd never experienced before at other onsen resorts abroad! However, there were a few things I wasn't happy with. First, there was no shower area before entering the pool. The shower area is for people to clean their bodies before entering the onsen or the communal pool! Second, the onsen pools should be designed with increased water pressure at the inlet so that soaking in the mineral water while receiving a massage would provide an even better experience! Finally, the food at the room's mini-bar was more expensive than outside, which I found unnecessary and annoying for guests. This is a basic mistake that a large travel corporation like this shouldn't make! However, it was still a worthwhile experience for 1.1 million VND for two days and one night! Thank you to the entire hardworking and enthusiastic staff! Wishing everyone good health and continued improvement to provide even better experiences for my next visit!
