This hotel is run by a bunch of criminals!! They won't even refund your money (IDR 400,000) if you unexpectedly have to cancel within 10 minutes and the room hasn't even been used. To me these are very bad people.😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

In general, it looks pretty white and clean. However, it is a old hotel with slightly under maintenance such as hot water supply which failed. Nevertheless, the staff opened another room for us to go shower. The panoramic view of the landscape was excellent from the restaurant. Breakfast was good.

Sebenernya bagus Tp kebersihan di fasilitas umum seperti kolam renang ,mushola itu kotor bgt.

Good facilities, like the rooms. All have used air conditioning, hot and cold showers, the keys are still conventional, not the card system... Over all is good.. Just a suggestion. If you check in at 2 pm, you can check in before 2 o'clock but you will be subject to a 50k charge

I've had 2x staycations here and it never disappoints. staff is friendly and fast. the rooms are spacious and clean. even though the room is air conditioned but during the stay it didn't turn on the ac, it was really cold. each room has a balcony, and is non-smoking. got room no 221 type junior view it's beautiful✨

Tv needs to be installed stb, otherwise okay

CS respon cepat, Pelayanan baik dan ramah. Lokasi dekat jalan raya, tidak bising. Makanan enak. Tempat nyaman, parkir luas.

I really like this hotel,The rooms are clean and tidy, the service is good. and the food is delicious next time I will come to stay here again
