I had a pleasant stay at Viva Hotel Songkhla. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly, and the location was convenient. Good value for money, though the Wi-Fi could be faster. Would stay again!

Book wrongly as want for nearby to Songkhla beach. Quite a distance to the beach. Room cleanness not bad. Location maybe is Songkhla town.

Location is good, but hotel is old. Lamp full of dust, water pressure is low, take a couple of time to wash hair n shower. Phone not functioning, need to go to front desk ask for hair dryer. Aircorn is noisy, disturbing when sleep

this place is near the main road , not far from old town, 2.5 km from the Samila beach, the size room is reasonable size and clean, staff service is efficient , for its cost we paid, it is good value for money, will stay if visit Songkhla again!

The room (suite) is big and spacious. Suitable for us with 4 kids. The room also clean & tidy. Location also ok. About 5 minutes drive to Samila Beach. I just dont like the smell when i enter the hotel lobby. Pls improve.

Overall, the hotel is okay. I have to make a few compromises. The room is quite bare, no pictures on the wall, no wood at all, everything painted in light colors. The air conditioning is very loud, even on the lowest setting.
The location isn't great; without a taxi or car, none of the city's attractions are accessible. Neither the Old Town nor the many great restaurants by the lake, nor the beaches.
Breakfast is good, and the service is very attentive and friendly.
The pavilion is out of service.
