Rentianzi Hotel

I basically don't comment, but this stay was very uncomfortable. The only thing worthy of praise is that the landlady is very enthusiastic and has a good attitude: she showed us the room and helped us carry our luggage. The first is the health situation. There are more than 500 rooms. It says that it was opened in 2023, but the bed sheets are not new. It is some kind of manor. I slept on it and my arms and neck felt itchy. I had no choice but to wear short sleeves and long pants and it felt better. There were obvious blood marks on the bathroom floor mat, and my girlfriend refused to let me use the hotel's bath towels. Secondly, write false facilities. Ctrip facilities clearly marked the laundry room and dryer, but I didn't see any signs in the hotel. I called the front desk and was told that the washing machine was broken. Isn't this deception? Our guests with such needs will not book this hotel if there is no self-service laundry service. Finally, around 10:40 in the morning, the staff who were cleaning the room were communicating very loudly outside the door. It was not until I couldn't sleep anymore and got up at 11:08 that the noise gradually became quieter. When I was writing this review, I read other reviews and saw a negative review that said it was not recommended for individual travelers. Now I totally agree with it, and individual travelers are advised to leave! ! !

The room is clean and spacious, and the electric blanket is a must. There is a canteen on the first floor that provides home-cooked meals, which taste good. The environment is beautiful, the room faces the distant mountains and the greenery makes me feel very comfortable. The staff are kind, friendly and patient. The boss even personally sent us to the airport at 5am to catch our flight at 6am. Thank you very much. Really recommend.
