Visited Huanglong in the off-season in March. Took the high-speed train from Chengdu to Huanglong Jiuzhai Station in the afternoon. The hotel had a car to pick me up, and we arrived in just a few minutes. There's a supermarket and restaurants right next to the hotel, and Chuanzhusi is within walking distance. The facilities are new and the hygiene is good.

Because we had to catch an early high-speed train the next day, we wanted to stay somewhere close. We arrived at the hotel at 8 PM and hadn't eaten yet. Luckily, there was a restaurant right next to the lobby on the first floor. The double yak hotpot was enough for our family of four! 😄😄 The portions were huge, and it tasted delicious. The hotpot base was packed with yak meat, and the soup was incredibly flavorful. The hotel and restaurant staff all seemed to be locals – very genuine and kind. So happy! 😃
