I booked a hotel the day before, and they explicitly stated they offered a pick-up service. However, when I called, they said they couldn't do it. So, I spontaneously chose this hotel instead. The owner was really great, responding to our messages late at night and even coming to pick us up. The next day, they kindly dropped us off at the high-speed rail station early in the morning. The hotel itself was clean and cozy, and the owner even packed us breakfast to take to the station.

The host was very kind and helpful. He picked us up at the HuanglongJiuzhai station and coordinated all the transportation, including arranging a car from the hotel to Huanglong attraction and then to our hotel in Jiuzhaigou. He was always supportive and willing to help with anything I asked. Everything was good, but the floor could be a bit cleaner. Highly recommended!

The room was as the photo depicted. The host was nice to assist with pick up from and to the train station. They also can provide assistance to book the ride up to XueBaoDing, something I decided to do at the last minute.v Songpan itself is about 2800+m above sea level. Some may already experience mild symptoms at that altitude. Hence if you are not too fit/if it’s a concern, you might wanna consider staying on level 2 instead of level 3 so you have less climbing to do as there is no lift up. That being said, the owners/staff were really kind to get my huge luggage up and down. I can’t imagine if I had to do it myself. (PS: had a heavy luggage as I was on a long overseas trip.) Despite our early schedule on the next day, the staff were able to prepare a simple local breakfast for us,ensuring we are fed before moving on and that is really helpful. Overall I would considered it a place I would like to stay again if I visit Songpan again.

We only stayed for one night, but it ended up being a very comfortable stays. Pros: • The free rides to and from the station were incredibly convenient and made arrival and departure stress-free. • Our room was super clean, spacious, and fully equipped -it had everything we needed. • The breakfast was local and delicious, especially the yogurt, which was amazing. Things to be aware of: • There was some late night noise from another guest around 3 am. It seemed unrelated to the hotel itself, but it did wake me up. Likely just unlucky timing. • the heating is from the floor so make sure to turn it on straight away, as it takes awhile to heat the room. Overall, for a short stay, this place was perfect, comfortable, clean, friendly, and great value. I’d happily stay again.

Located outside Songpan Ancient City, it's about a 10-minute walk in. The guesthouse is tucked away in an alley, with nice decor and spacious rooms. Just a heads-up, there's no elevator, but the owner will help you carry your luggage upstairs. Breakfast is served individually.

I rested in the room, and although I experienced altitude sickness after walking around, it was generally a pleasant experience. The owner was very nice, and they offered to pick me up from the station if I booked in advance! The room had great underfloor heating!
