Arrived at 9am and was able to get a room immediately and also upgraded. I really like the hotel environment and room design. The location is ideal, and it is convenient for eating and traveling. The only thing is that the shower water is a little not hot enough.

Aside from its great location, everything else about this inn is very, very average. First, the service is completely nonexistent. Even the ******* receptionist, who should have a service-oriented attitude, was completely expressionless from the moment I checked in to the moment I passed by her every day. Second, while the decor is Tibetan-style, it's incredibly dark. The hallway and room lighting is dim and depressing. Third, the air conditioning kept shutting off every 10 minutes, and even after reporting it, it still hasn't been fixed. Being at a relatively high altitude, it was hot and stuffy at night, and I couldn't sleep for two whole nights. Not only is there no elevator, but there was no staff to help with luggage either. I had to carry my suitcases up the third floor by myself—a truly unbearable experience. In short, while the location is great, the service and amenities are woefully poor, making it completely unworthy of a hotel or an inn. 450 yuan a night is completely unworthy. I suggest your staff leave the inn and visit some of the other hotels in Chengdu with high Ctrip scores. Those hotels cost over 300 yuan a night and offer nothing like the amenities and service.
