房間乾淨整潔，床睡着很舒服，前台服務態度也特別好，下樓剛才有一條小吃街很方便，很滿意的一次體驗

真的非常非常非常好！房間很乾凈晚上也不吵，窗簾很遮光，樓下有超市，離一中考試的地方、客車站都非常近！阿姨人也很親切還幫我經管東西，養的小貓也很親人還鑽進行李箱了hhhh

環境給出5分；是指酒店所在的地理環境，及院內大面積的綠化配套。簡單講這在冰天雪地的黑土地真是佔盡地利。這是酒店所在城市的唯一性！唯一！ 衞生給出4分；酒店的開放區域及園區綠化還是有專人及時打掃的。注意 這裏我衹建議關於衞生，有很多層面，比如綠植不僅僅是掃落葉。而更為重要的修整及選品，是要考慮四季的效果。而不單單秋風掃落葉。 服務和設施分別打了3分；放在最後集中分享講解感受，酒店的設施沒能跟上時代的發展，注意這不單單是沒有智能馬桶那麼簡單。這裏麪還有人的生活方式，當然這些都是運營成本是錢的問題。如果長久考慮還是要慎重其事。3號樓的改造是失敗的。落後與社會發展的除了基礎設施還有就是服務。北方人有自己的講話，辦事方式這是可以理解的。把話講回來作為“市賓館”，這裏的工作人員過的太安逸了。她們已經油掉了，部分職位部分年齡。這個問題是最大的。還是這句話，市賓館 想要服務好四面八方的客人，這事兒得下點功夫了。不能光想着打麻將，或用輕蔑的眼光看客人。 作為松原人；我良心的推薦外地遊客可以選擇這裏居住，儘管它是有缺點的，但就環境來講這裏真的是具有本市的唯一性（地理環境）。因為沒有什麼比奔流不息的松花江水更真誠，春夏秋冬你會在江邊感受到清晰的四季變化。
