SONOMA VALLEY INN, TAPESTRY COLLECTION BY HILTON

I have an issue with my bill! I didn't make any purchases during my stay, but there are two extra charges on my statement. Please help me resolve this. Regarding the hotel facilities, the room was spacious, but since it's a wooden structure, the soundproofing wasn't great, and the water pressure was a bit low.

This was the largest standard twin room on this West Coast trip. This size is what a West Coast hotel should be like! The bedding was high-quality and very comfortable. The only downside was finding all the light switches – the switch for the bedside light strip was near the headboard and a bit hard to find. There was a mention of parking fees, but they weren't charged. The parking lot seemed like typical free hotels – no barriers or staff. There was no free breakfast, which wasn't really necessary, especially since there's a large supermarket across the street; you could buy a lot of food for around ten dollars. The price of under two hundred dollars is acceptable, but the cheapest option was a hearing-impaired room, meaning it was a bit noisy by the street. However, Sonoma is relatively quiet, so it's not a big deal.

There was no toothbrush
