Good Service

The location is very accessible and close to bakeries, supermarkets, fast-food establishments, and the market. The staff are kind and very accommodating. However, the bathroom floor drainage was clogged, causing water to remain on the floor. No action was taken even after informing the front desk officer.

A good and inexpensive hotel. The room was large, and the linen and towels were clean. Overall, I'm satisfied. It offers decent value for money.

Check-in was smooth. There is an elevator. There are ready-to-use utensils, plates and cups on the cafe. Hpt water is readily available. Plated breakfast is good. There is a hot shower. Overall, it was a good stay.

The elevator is not working properly. Not recommended to used if you have kids.

Accessible for wheelchair user. Near to everything, walking distance to Sorsogon public market. The rooms are big and quiet

A welcome place to rest and refresh. Large spacious clean room. Outside of building may put you off but inside the staff are lovely. There is a lift to your room. Breakfast is delivered to your room at the time you ask by nice staff. It is cheap and worth it.

If you are looking for a place where you can just take some rest after the travel, I can recommend Asia Novo Boutique Hotel - Sorsogon. AC is working well. Just don't expect too much on the amenities. Limited parking space. Wi-Fi connection doesn't reach inside the room.
