Check in was a bit of a nigh**are. Arrived just before lunch so was told to come back at 2pm to be allocated a room. Did as told only to find another load of passengers just arrived whom was being allocated their rooms straight away. I waited in the queue 40 minutes to get my room. Why do you only have one person checking guests in? I was pleasantly surprised the room I’d requested near a lift was granted. I found my room specious, clean and very comfortable. I did struggle having a shower as it was over the bath and the shower screen was fixed. The hotel is very clean, the gardens are immaculate. The pool sides could do with a clean. The animation team are lovely especially Malik, he has a kind heart and Soul. In my opinion the food was good quality but not always to my liking . Plenty to choose from. Could do with prepared fresh fruit on every meal , only seen melon 3 times out of 21 meals. I had a course of massages which was lovely. I was very disappointed in the facial, waste of money and wouldn’t recommend it. As someone with a disability I’d like to thank all the staff who made my life on holiday a lot easier. Overall I had a fantastic holiday and will be returning
