"I did not get the room that I booked and the pool was filthy no towels out not even lights turned on water is cold as ice cubes. And the front desk was rude to a little girl about getting breakfast before the breakfast was even cleaned up she came up politely and asked if she could make a plate before they cleaned up and she was told no. Mom in me said come on sweetheart and I took her over to her to hurry to make plates for her her little brother for breakfast. Sometimes it takes just a little extra time to be kind but that kindness will be remembered forever. So instead of throwing the food out maybe you should’ve let the children eat it without making them feel as they were a burden for something they had already paid for"

"It's a 15-minute walk from Notre Dame University. The place is quiet, and the staff are friendly. We asked for hot milk at breakfast, and they provided it. After that, they made sure to prepare hot milk for us every morning."
