This apartment will be our go-to apartment for future trips to Brisbane. If you enjoy walking, this is the best place to stay. Walkable to almost everywhere that we needed to go. Mostly flat land so don't have to worry about the luggage. South Brisbane train station is less than 10mins walk away and the bus terminal at Cultural Centre is a lifesaver. We enjoyed the 50cents rides across the 3 transport systems...bus, trains and ferry. It only costs us 50cents for the 1hr 45mins train ride from South Brisbane to Surfers' Paradise station. Awesome!! And Queen Street Mall is only a bus stop away or for those who enjoy walking, it's just a 10-15mins walk over the South Brisbane Bridge. Checking in and out was a breeze with the help of all the friendly staff.

The website photos accurately reflected the views. The location was convenient, cleanliness was satisfactory, and the front desk service was good. Overall, a really pleasant stay. I would definitely book again next time!

The reception is friendly and accomodating, the apartment was nice and clean. The only issue that irked me for the entire trip was that only one out of three lifts were working. Maintenance of lifts were inefficient, causing long lines for the lift especially during peak hours (check-in, check-out). I had visited the apartment a few times before this stay, and the lifts were broken down at that time as well.

The back of the hotel is under construction. We arrived early, completed the check-in process, and were assigned a room right in front of the construction site when we checked in at 2 PM. It was noisy from early morning. The staff member who handled our check-in wasn't very friendly. Another guest, who also arrived early with a child, mentioned that they had waited until 2 PM without any updates and had to ask if the staff had forgotten about them. The pillow had a very bad smell, but I only discovered it late at night, so I couldn't get it exchanged. This place might be convenient for those who need a washing machine, dryer, and cooking facilities, but I will not be staying here again.
