There were issues at check-in with payment from Trip.com and our rooms were in separate areas despite us requesting rooms in the same building. Upon asking multiple times we finally got a room nearby but the toilets were not working and we had to call for assistance multiple times which was always delayed.

AZAYA beach resort with easy access to the property from south Goa Dabolim airport away from the populated city is an amazing resort with its luxurious amenities and a stunning beach view. Spacious clean bedrooms, delicious food and a swimming with a view of sunset. hospitality of the staff is excellent especially GRM Sanjana Pednekar. Azaya Beach Resort seems to be an excellent choice for travelers seeking a luxurious and relaxing beach vacation in Goa.

This hotel is ran by the most friendly and helpful family. It's in a lovely, quiet part of South Goa, yet close enough to shops, restaurants and so on. And of course the beach - it's literally a 5 minute walk to long, perfect, quiet beaches that have beautifully sunsets. The beach-shacks there have loungers, sun-umbrellas, and are happy to wait on you at the beach as you have the most relaxing time :-) As for the hotel rooms, they have a stylish, modern interior. All the equipment is new, modern and high quality. The showers are high-power / flow, in large walk-in glass shower rooms. The bedrooms are spacious (even compared to European hotels), return large, clean, comfortable beds. The linen is good cotton and changed every day. They have the best quality Japanese air-conditioning units that are whisper-quiet and very powerful and effective! The WiFi had good signal in my room, and by the pool. It had the inevitable occasional dropouts but that's the Goa telecom companies fault, not this hotel's. Another inevitable issue India suffers from is frequent power-cuts. But this hotel has their own backup generator! It automatically kicks in whenever needed so you aren't affected :-) Outside, the hotel had beautiful gardens and a lovely, cool, clear swimming pool. There were no mosquitos anywhere. The whole area was super clean and relaxing, and a real pleasure to be in. I visited a couple of other hotels in the area when I was there, (one was the Heritage that was much more expensive). They didn't compare for location, quality, or for friendliness and helpfulness. Nothing was any trouble for Praia da Ora: Arranging taxis, booking spa treatments, scooter hire, etc etc. I'm really looking forward to returning to Praia da Ora. I've travelled all over the world but my recent stay here was one of the most relaxing and comfortable I've ever had!

Exceptional Hotel located in serene South Goa location. Great place for a family vacation . The resort has access to a beach which is pristine and exceptionally clean. The pool , kids activity room and all the other the other facilities are very nice. They have great dining options within the resort. We particularly liked their Beach Side restaurant- Beach Grill which serves fresh sea food and variety of fishes. They also have a great bar serving some amazing local cocktails! Over all a great place for a family vacation. Most importantly all the staff members are extremely caring and they go all out to ensure you are taken care off!

It is a well kept resort. The focus is the Spa. Three (or four) restaurants. Breakfast is adequate, good options including icecream, gluten free bread, and other regular items. The staff is sweet and strives to be helpful. Most are young and eager for good feedback :). Pools are nice, good surroundings. Rooms are well appointed but somehow a little gloomy. There are several minor but annoying issues in the bath area. The room layout of tha wheelchair accessible rooms is uncomfortable. Lighting is poor, though that seems to be in keeping with a lot of five stars, however in addition there is no natural light. The resort is not smoke-free, apparently like in all Goa! , so there maybe guests smoking in open areas and poolside. Rooms annd restaurants are smoke free but not the balconies. The presence of children including the guests' own does not appear to hinder smokers. The kids play area is neat, small and very limited. There is a game area for adults, limited and in need of replacements. There are no outdoor swings / bicycles other fun things for kids. So apart from the beach and pool, nothing specifically for kids. There is a mini theater with a kid movie afternoons and regular movie evenings, provided one wishes to sit in a cold room in front of a screen on a vacation. Beach is approachable via road, a few minutes away. Shuttle runs available. Beach is very clean. Overall, the resort is good for adults who wish to bathe in the sea or pool. The only possible reason to revisit this resort would be the sweet staff and the walk around the spa.
