2. TV Cable on room & Good Speed Wi-Fi
3. Full amenities, they provide pitcher and glasses on the room, so we can put the water from dispenser in room hall and bring that to our room
4. Location near Mampang area and Mampang Bus Shelter
5. Provide working area on lobby
6. Provide food for room service with affordable price

1. Room is small, with only maybe 2x2 metre
