“The hotel apartment “supposedly bigger space but this is very tight and def not the hotel vibes and the check in lobby very unappealing. I had to shorten my stays from 2 nights to 1 since the room nor the hotel not what i expected based on 9.0 reviews rating, hence the reason I picked this place. This place more fit to 7.5 the only plus the half empty mall near by and small grocery store right there too.

The service was warm and welcoming, and the room was spacious and comfortable for two. There were plenty of amenities such as a gym, meeting rooms, and yoga facilities. The room was clean and well-maintained, and the mini kitchen with utensils and cooking essentials was a great bonus. i’m

Great hotel to stay in the near future as things are still in the process of building up. More dining options and shops wil be opening up soon at the mall that is connected to the hotel. Thus making it very convenient in the near future for anyone who stays at the hotel. The room was great as it was big,spacious and have loads of storage space. The Television have access to Netflix and Youtube for us to log in. A few downside during my stay was: 1- cleaning crew did not top up the tissue in my room. 2- the room slippers wasnt replace when they cleared after making the room. 3- coffee sachet wasnt toped up as well. 4- could have done a better job in vacuuming and mopping of the room floor. 5 - the breakfast was a disappointing as they didnt topped up the dishes that was empty. I waited from the moment i begin the breakfast buffetand waited abt 40 mins to see if the crew topped up the dishes but sadly, it wasn’t change ir even topped up. For the price that i paid, i would say that the breakfast was really really a disappointment. Spread wasn’t great enough too. However, great job to the front desk as the check in and check out process was quick. Overall, great hotel with room for improvement.
