Room 203: The room was average, but there was a hole behind the bed (see attached photo). The bathroom could use a deeper clean, and the water pressure could be improved. Other than that, it was okay.
Room 208: Better than Room 203, but it is located next to the air-conditioning compressor, which was very disturbing. I struggled to get proper sleep throughout my stay. The water pressure could be better, but I enjoyed the in-washlet toilet.
Breakfast: Both rooms included breakfast at a reasonable price. The menu was good for the price, although there was no international selection. The ready-made Indomie was a nice touch! However, I noticed a rat coming down from the roof in the restaurant area. The hotel could benefit from better pest control.
Overall: A decent place to stay if you want to explore Blok M. However, the hotel needs better pest control, as there were many mosquitoes in the lobby and a rat spotted in the restaurant area. Also, be aware that online taxi drivers have to pay Rp5,000 every time they enter the hotel entrance for drop-offs, and deliveries require an additional entrance fee of Rp3,000, which can be inconvenient.
