The room looks pretty dated and they do not give you toilet paper until you ask them. The bed isn’t comfortable at all.

Exterior of the hotel looks nice and clean. Unfortunately the interior needs lots of improvement. Aircon not cold. Rain water sip inside e room from the window. Roaches csn be seen roaming aroud the cabinet. No basic toileteries. Toilet is smelly.

The hotel staff is friendly and courteous. The room facility has several damages that need to be repaired. The hotel is located in the convenient place, as Halte Terminal Ragunan is near the hotel.

This wasn't the best hotel we've stayed in, and it's probably even overpriced for its amenities. It's only worth it if you're only planning on staying overnight. The rooms are very tired, not particularly clean, smelly, and damp. The shower leaves much to be desired, and the bed linens were damp. Therefore, if you're staying here, it's best to stay no longer than one night. We stayed here because of its location, close to the zoo we were planning to visit, and we wouldn't have lasted more than one night. Despite this, the staff was very pleasant and accommodating. They allowed us to leave our bags at reception after checkout, for which we're very grateful, and for this alone I'm giving the service four stars. Despite this, breakfast must be ordered in advance at reception without a choice of menu, but it was quite tasty and filling.
