The location was excellent, and the front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The MRT station is directly connected to the hotel, making it very convenient to get around. However, the building itself feels quite dated and is in need of better maintenance. I was also surprised that the hotel doesn’t allow certain services to be charged to your room. If you use the spa, be aware that you’ll need to go to the front desk to pay if you’re using a credit card. You also can’t pay by credit card directly at the spa or when ordering room service. This was quite inconvenient and not what I would expect from a hotel of this standard.

My go-to hotel. Ease in travel with MRT just a few steps. Supermarket downstairs whr u can buy Indo stuff cheapest. Great buffet spread. rRestaurants in LG and 3rd flr. Wl def return again

The staffs were kind and it is close to Lebak Bulus station, so it is very convenient. However, the cleanliness needs to improve. I planned to stay for 3D2N, but because I saw some small cockroaches and ants, I changed my plan.

Good hotel.. Good amenities.. But.. Gym is dysfunctional... Hotel rooms are very far from reception and hotel staff is like indifferent.. Don't even show you to the lift and just tells t You directions to find your way on your own.. Very bad service for a four star hotel

Food left over from previous night dinner was not cleared upon my check in, and still left uncleared on the same evening when i returned to hotel. It left a sour rotten food smell lingering in front of my room #2301.
