This retro-style hotel offers an excellent stay. The hotel's buffet had a 'buy one get one free' offer, which was incredibly good value. Six friends enjoyed a fantastic meal for just 140 RMB per person. The swimming pool was also superb!

Good location, very good service. comfortable room and facilities. The breakfast buffet is exceptional. Nothing to complain about.

We had a wonderful time staying in a junior suite at Hotel Gran Mahakam. It's location is excellent, only a short walk to Blok M with lots of restaurants and local shops, and easy access to the MRT station which is very important given the traffic conditions in Jakarta. The room is very spacious, very clean and well equipped. It is also very quiet despite the busy traffic in the area. All staff are very helpful and friendly. The breakfast is superb with a lot of choices including delicious local delicacies. We will definitely stay here again if we are to visit Jakarta again.

Not a modern type of hotel, old one but general ok and clean.
