The room was excellent, the location was very convenient because it is close to Citos and the toll road, the buffet was complete with many delicious options. I stayed at RA Simatupang Jakarta during a recent business trip and had a very comfortable experience. Travelling with a school group for a high school sports tournament at a nearby international school. The Ra Suites Simatupang is by far the best choice for us, especially when booking rooms such as the 3-BR suite for up to 6 travelers. This option provides considerably more value due to the room size and amenities that are available. Staff friendliness and hospitality was top notch and the location with nearby dining choices made our stay here worry-free.

Fo Staff need to well train how to talk with the guest, she wasn’t checked my ID card properly then she just said she couldn't find my name on the reservation. So I remind her to read and spell my name properly. Eventhough I really love the room and facilities. Also FB service staff was somuch helpfull and nicely.
