Good facilities and locations in Southern Jakarta.

The location is convenient, right by the highway. Breakfast offers a good variety, and the room is spacious. Service: Average. Cleanliness: So-so. Environment: It's a bit noisy at night being next to the road. Facilities: The towels were a bit yellow, but the shower head had great water pressure.

The hotel is located in a very remote part of Jakarta. The room size was decent, and the service was acceptable. The pool and restaurant were also okay. However, the cleanliness was just average, and the room facilities were quite basic. Some rooms weren't soundproof, and the elevator was very noisy.

Staying here with my family was a truly satisfying experience, and it was absolutely worth it. The room was excellent, the location was very convenient because it is close to Citos and the toll road, the buffet was complete with many delicious options. Also, my daughter loves swimming at the pool. We will definitely choose this place again for our next staycation. Special thanks to the Guest Relation Manager, Ms. Tiwi Wijayanti, and the front desk staff, Ms. Chyntia, for their outstanding service.

I stayed at RA Simatupang Jakarta during a recent business trip and had a very comfortable experience. The room was clean, well-maintained, and equipped with all the amenities needed for a productive stay. The Wi-Fi was reliable, which made it easy to handle work tasks without interruptions. The staff were professional and attentive, providing prompt assistance whenever needed. Check-in and check-out were smooth and efficient, which is always appreciated during a busy business schedule. The location is convenient for business travelers, with easy access to major business areas in Jakarta. Overall, I had a pleasant stay and would recommend RA Simatupang Jakarta to fellow business travelers.

Travelling with a school group for a high school sports tournament at a nearby international school. The Ra Suites Simatupang is by far the best choice for us, especially when booking rooms such as the 3-BR suite for up to 6 travelers. This option provides considerably more value due to the room size and amenities that are available. Staff friendliness and hospitality was top notch and the location with nearby dining choices made our stay here worry-free.

Fo Staff need to well train how to talk with the guest, she wasn’t checked my ID card properly then she just said she couldn't find my name on the reservation. So I remind her to read and spell my name properly. Eventhough I really love the room and facilities. Also FB service staff was somuch helpfull and nicely.

Stay there one night only. The hotel is beyond my expectation, friendly staffs. Had dinner at 5th floor and enjoy the time with friends. Also good breakfast.

Pleasant stay. Good service. Clean rooms. The balcony is a bit waste of space, rather had a bigger room. The room was not ready even at 6pm. We got an offer to check out late. The reception hostess should have offered to get us to dine or have something to drink at the bar while waiting for the room. But overall staff offer pleasant service.

The hotel is located not far from subway , has several restaurants and spa with a swimming pool. The rooms are clean and nice, the Thai restaurant at the swimming pool makes very nice smoothies. The only disadvantage is that it’s cashless and for travelers that first time come to Jakarta it’s very complicated.

It is my second time staycation at Ra.  The bed is comfortable, and everything worked well. I was lucky to get the sunrise view out of my room big window. They serve wide variety of good food. In term of location, it is within walking distance to the MRT station and a mall.
