Wyndham Casablanca Jakarta

The room is big but might do with a bit of a refurbishment as you can feel it has aged. Walking distance to Casablanca mall which is very convenient.

Shower head was a bit old and not pleasant to use. Nice view through the huge glass window but christian cemetary view at the ground level was a bit downside. Overall worth for the money spent.

mistake by either hotel or booking agent. nobody know.. Give me a smoking room, I try to refuse, but no other choice given except take it or pay another 2million to take family suite. Reluctantly, went up to see whether the room have strong smell. Upon reaching the room, we'll it is 3pm, but it is still not done up yet. It was messy, dirty and there is a smell of smoke... I try to seek the front desk for help, but she only keep saying not their fault, whereas I just want a room asap, so I can leave for my appointment in Cikarang, and i definteky have to leave asap because Cikarang is almost 50km away., This whole thing drag painfully, no resolution from hotel front desk, nor the duty manager.. I have no choice but to book another hotel and leave.

I've been to many countries around world. I've stayed in many nice boutique, premium and luxury hotels. But believe me, none was as good as Wyndham Casablanca. And you know what makes it so special? From the doorman to the receptionists, from the pool staff to the restaurant waiter, everyone is incredibly warm, friendly, and helpful. I can honestly say that just staying here has changed my perspective on life. This may also be due to the kindness of the Indonesian people. Believe me, you won't regret your stay here in this hotel. At a completely unexpected moment (even I'd forgotten) —I'm not one for celebrating birthdays— two staff members came to wish me a happy birthday with a cute cake. They made me experience every emotion at once. I'd like to thank everyone again. You are all beautiful and precious. Well if you are looking for more objective review, then let me summarize it like this: Breakfast : Amazing (mostly Asian cuisine) Pool: Clean and relaxing Staff: Just amazing. Very kind, smiling and helpful Location: City center. Just few meters away of a shopping mall Price: Compared to many other chain hotels, much better. Rooms: Clean and spacious

Location is good. Service was mediocre, the housekeeping response is very slow and even missed our request for one day house keeping. Make sure you request non-cemetery facing view 😂😂😂
