"I'm a repeat guest, and the location is incredibly convenient. It's right next to a large shopping mall, making dining and shopping extremely easy. The Chinese Embassy is also nearby. "This hotel is great, having just been built this year. It's very clean and the towels are fluffy. The cleaning service is impeccable. There's a mini-mall connected to it (it's in the same building). While there are only two restaurants, there's a Starbucks!! Starbucks!! There's also a medium-sized supermarket, which is perfect for buying Coke and beer. For a quiet stay, the facilities and location are, in my opinion, top-notch. Though it's actually at the very edge of South Jakarta, closer to Depok, meaning central accessibility isn't great, if you're not planning to venture far, this is the best hotel for a stay."

"The hotel is located at a busy road in Central Jakarta and you need to be patient with the traffic. Checking in and out was smooth with friendly staff. Room was large, clean, bed comfortable, air conditioned cold and water pressure strong. There is no complaints on the room conditions as it meet my expectations. Breakfast was elaborate with local cuisines, Western, fruits and pastries. Food was nice and tasty."

"Made a last minute booking at Miers Hotel, Kuningan. Checked-in at 5pm was smooth and fuss-free. No queues or other visitor. Reception staff was polite but did not give any introduction to the hotel facilities. Did some Paperwork and given my room key. Room condition was good, doesnt have any bad odour and looks pretty clean. Definitely gave bali vibes with the dark wood furnitures. Toilets come with a working bidet spray, and decent amenities like toothbrush, cotton buds etc. Hot water works as well, and water pressure is good. Aircon works well, in fact it was extremely cold at 22 degrees. Had to turn if off to warm up the room alittle. Downside about the hotel, is it located quite a distance from the main road. Able to walk or take a quick bike ride in. The room isnt sound proof. Stayed on the 3rd floor and every night i heard chairs moving from the restaurant above, as well as door creaking sound from opposite/ next door. If you’re a light sleeper, please request a quiet room. Housekeeping did a nice job tidying up the room, but found out they did not replace my towels on the first day, instead they folded my damp towels and placed it nicely on the bed. The following day, it was replaced with fresh towels."

"I booked a 1 night stay here for work/solo travel and I was pretty impressed by the overall service, cleanliness and interior decor. For someone travelling alone for the first time to Jakarta, the hotel felt safe. Breakfast was a mix of alacarte and coffee+pastries buffet and the ambience was perfect if you needed to do work/research for your itinerary! The only downside was the noise/live music at night. The vibrations were loud making it a little difficult to doze off BUT my stay was still beyond expectations so im happy. I would really come back again. Thanks team for making my stay a pleasurable one."

GGuest UserThe room was very spacious for 2 people. Great selection for the ala carte buffet breakfast, with great popcorn latte. Then the pool has a great view of the city with full length pool and jacuzzi. It was very near to the Gelora stadium, where we attended the Blackpink concert. The reception and all personel were friendly and accommodating. Would like to come back if I stay again in Jakarta.

Checked in for 3pax but only 2 sets of toiletries n indoor slippers provided. Need to call for additional. AC units are really cold. Nice... Rather far from Jakarta tengah if u r into happenings. However there's a big big mall around the corner , PIM which is just a short walk away. Seriously busy road here but easy to get rides here.

However, the lighting is a bit dim; it might be helpful if a standing lamp were provided in each room without having to request it. But for those who enjoy a dim atmosphere, this room is perfect. GGuest UserMy room was opd and not maintained so well.  The air conditioning is old, noise and not working properly.  The A/C remote controller has a damaged display.  The toilet was dirty with many Brown dirty presence almost on every corner.  The shower curtain is old, durty and not nice.  Shower head is old, durty and not working well.  Not all electric wall plugs are working.  Sofa is with stains.  Bed mattress very used.  Breakfast is good.  I am nit satisfied even if the location is good and brand is famous
