Always have an amazing time we stay here

Room was too dark; trouble finding things in our suitcase; room has in adequate lighting fixtures; old fashioned tired old style hotel; drove our pick up truck and there was not room to park in in the crowded parking lot; parking lot is designed to maximize spaces but takes away proper egress and room to manuever. Bed was only average; I needed help on my reservation and I asked two different people at the front desk; neither could help me nor did they seem like they cared; I felt like I bothered them. Not a very happy place considering their in the business of catering to people on vacation. the room was clean;
