Good breakfast, clean rooms and indoor heated pool was awesome. The kids loved the heated outdoor hot tub as well. Clean gym was a plus as well

Since my English isn't great, I had to ask the front desk staff to repeat things many times during check-in before I understood. The lady was incredibly patient and friendly, explaining and introducing everything tirelessly, over and over. The room was super clean and tidy, not a single speck of dirt, and the bathroom and shower were sparkling. Breakfast was pretty basic, just the standard American hotel offerings. But the service was outstanding; we left our phone in the room, and the staff even contacted me through Trip.com to let me know and come back for it. Their honesty truly deserves a big thumbs-up! 👍🏻

It was a very nice, clean and very comfortable stay. The staff was very friendly from the very beginning. It was great to the hot tube on these cold nights, and especially better after snowboarding for most of the day. It was and overall great stay. The breakfast wasn’t 5star but it was still enjoyable for the minimalist ideas that it was. We were able to enjoy what it offered and fit our needs. The room was spacious as well. The only draw back was the shower and its lack of pressure. Had us take longer showers because of the, and what felt like, trickling of water. Overall it was good and would consider for next time in Tahoe! 👍🏽✌🏽🏂
