Friendly service, easy to checkin and out. The room was clean and airy and had everything we needed for a quick trip.

Now I see why this has negative comments & it’s really a red flag. We stayed in room 11 & the microwave was not working, complained to the property manager says he will change it but didn’t, we can’t heat up our food. The toilet is way too far, you have to go downstairs just to go. The beds are too soggy & pillows as well. There were not enough towels for 6 people, we have to wait for the morning to make the request. The front door lock was broken & that’s the only one they managed to fix.

Nice spacious room, but may need an update.

Excellent location, very close to the airport and convenient for supermarkets. Plenty of hot water for showers.

Service was fine. Facilities were fine. I did not have food there.

Was nothing like advertised. Wasn't very clean, dust and grime on wooden surrounds, stains on towels and pillows, blanket didn't even fit bet properly. Had to move rooms due to toilet leak, then moved to another room where the sliding door wouldn't close properly, fridge that old that it heated up the bench above the fridge, microwave made fault noises if left plugged in, curtain hooks were broken and on more than one occasion staff let themselves into the room for no reason. Definitely wouldn't recommend this property to anyone looking for accommodation.ĺ

The motel is a little dated but reasonably priced, has most features you need for a comfortable stay and is clean and tidy. Staff are friendly and helpful.

The bed was terrible. You could see that the mattress had hollows in it where it was worn out by just looking at it. The pilliows were worse. They were no more than 4 inches high but flattened down to no more than 1 inch high, so you felt like you were sleeping with your head below you body. You couldn't fall out of the bed because the hollows kept you safely in the bed. Found supermarket receipts on the floor near the bed, so cleaning of the room was a bit suspect as well. Yes there are positives - the shower pressure was great. The other positive was that we had to leave early the next morning. I could not recommend this motel. Yes it was cheap to stay in, but you get what you pay for.

Great family getaway...pool sauna spa kids gaming room, pool table and more ... Very comfortable beds ...enjoyed the 2 nights we stayed and great budget accommodation couldn't get more if you wantwd

1. Unit 7 was supplied. 2. The mattress was worn out - far too soft. 3. The shower was a disgrace - water must have been leaking over the years - smelt of mould - we did not use the shower at all. 4. The light over the bed did not work. 5. No plug supplied for bath area sink. 6. Some of the curtain hooks missing - curtains sagging. 7. If we had not paid, up front and therefore inspected the room beforehand we would NOT have stayed there. regards Mike & Brenda Porter

Very good place. Kids loves it. Place was big, we love it. We just wish the heater can heat the whole place, but unfortunately, it can only heat (warm) upstairs when its really cold. Also, there’s a strong smell when you open the door, between kitchen and toilet/shower room. Can’t describe the smell, but very strong. Also, if you will need to cook, you must bring your own pan/sauce pan as those ones inside the kitchen cupboard was rusty/old. We don’t mind it for 1 day stay though. We’ll definetely book again, one day 👍 #Room17

The staff were lovely, the rooms were simple but just fine for our family, and the kids loved the pool. We will happily stay again next time we are in Launceston

Very good non expensive stay, need extra pillows in rooms, pool and spa was great, we enjoyed it

No soap, no shampoo or shower gel, spider, no wifi n no response from reception.
