Silverstone

Extremely friendly and helpful service, especially from Siouxzanne. We had to change the date of our stay at very short notice and she took the problem and solved it, finding us an accessibility room, just a small step into the shower (however, i almost needed a stepladder to get into bed!). She organised the room, sent me details of the price change and everything settled before we set off. Excellent work Siouxzanne! Thank you.

A very comfortable, pleasant weekend at Brackley Hatch Premier Inn. Room clean and quite a big room (standard). Only thing missing was a two point charging point in the bathroom for an electric toothbrush. Electric radiator on wall efficient so nice and warm when needed. All staff, both at reception and in the restaurant at breakfast were friendly, efficient and helpful. Siouxzanne at reception helped us take our luggage upstairs as no lifts. Ensured we had enough towels in our room. June had prepared the room, all fine. Restaurant staff were extremely polite and helpful every morning. Sarah, the cook, Amelia and Holly, the waitresses, were cheerful and particular about keeping food stations well-stocked. Very convenient for our weekend at Silverstone, approximately 3 miles , 5 minutes by car. Thank you Team Brackley!

Had a great experience. Very warm welcome from an amazing lady called siouxzanne who managed to sort rooms last minute for my self and colleague. Very informative about hotel and local knowledge when we asked for help. Would highly recommend. Service above and beyond.5 star all the way. Thank you soxy.

Excellent hotel. Very easy to find and just a few miles from Silverstone race circuit. Stayed one night after japfest. Very friendly and welcoming. The room was great. Bath and shower, tv, WiFi. Slept great the bed was super comfortable. No road noise which surprised us as we were very close. Quiet hotel and buffet breakfast. The chef was lovely and couldn’t do enough for us. Would 100% recommend a stay here and will be going back next year.

Such a lovely warm welcome from Kasia when I arrived and she was incredibly helpful, and gave me all the information I needed without the need to any of the questions I was going to ask. The hotel was lovely and Kasia made it feel very homely, and did not make me feel uncomfortable when I arrived before my husband, thank you so much, and for making our stay.

Every single staff member was happy, friendly and professional, especially the lady on Reception who said ‘Help yourselves to some items from my Easter Basket’ thank you they were very tasty! The room was clean (I always smell the bedding and check out the bathroom first and they passed with flying colours.) Lots of sockets, hanging space, much welcomed heating and space for us too! On a busy road but heard nothing in our cosy room. The breakfast was amazing, best cooked breakfast we’ve had in a long time. Thank you very much Premier Inn.

Worst mattress i have slept on……Hard silentnight mattress with lumpy pillows.Dont try and complain as they dont want to know,and there is no good night guarantee applied here.If you are having a breakfast make sure your early as theres little left by 8.30

This is a great place to start our Silverstone adventure . ideally placed for our trip for Silverstone race track as it's just minutes up the road. Our room was very good and we can definitely recommend the breakfast

I stayed there recently and they had the most friendliest receptionist, the breakfast area was so cute and made me feel so comfortable the food was really good, as soon as I got to my room it smelt so good and it just made me sleep better. I would 100% come back here.
