Good location and near to the airport. The room is quite spacious and the hotel facilities are complete. The bathroom is moslem-friendly as they provide the bottom faucet in the shower area for ablutions. However, the Aircon in the Gym was not working so the Gym was quite hot and there is no air circulation. The pool needs to be cleaned every morning.

A well-maintained four-star hotel in Palu city. The room is spacious. Well maintained facility and service: swimming pool, gym, spa. Nice lobby - good to have a pond inside the lobby. Delicious breakfast with the menu changes everyday. Easy access to/from the airport, just less than 15 minutes. Many nice coffee shops within walking distance from hotel.
