We have our yearly family holiday party here. We love it.

We like the location and the room was spacious.

Shuttle bus service is excellent.

I like how spacious it was. But both our shampoo and body was was empty. Lucky I brought some. And also we found cough drop wrappers left on the pull out desk and couple black hangers under the table near the couch.?

I did not like at all breakfast was terrible the eggs sausage only good was the waffles we ask to have our room clean on third day ñ the did not we had to call they came about 5 pm just did bathroom we were told they only clean every other day but they did not

All was good. Although it's outrageous that I was charged $5 for a small-sized bottled water. Telling me you care about your customers while gouging them at the same time is not how to demonstrate sincere concern!

When we book our room we say it’s for 6?people yet once at the property I have to request more sheets and/or blankets and pillows as well as for towels and washcloths. The hot breakfast items could have been warmer. The make your own waffles were excellent. My son loved them.

Our air conditioner wasn't working when we arrived. They said they fixed it the first day we were there, but it was not fixed. They did come back and replace it the next day, but we were uncomfortable the first night. The bathroom wasn't super clean (dirt behind toilet) and the door did not close properly without pulling rather hard on it. We did appreciate breakfast being included.
