New remodel family friendly and just minutes from downtown and ski resorts

House itself was great we had our own bathroom being 3girls it was great But I didn’t realize that there was another house above us.And you can hear everything they are doingOur neighbors happen to be really rude and made it difficult for us to sleep at nightWith that being said great location close to a lot of stores

This is a great property for larger groups - we were a group of 5 friends who wanted a place convenient to both Park City for skiing and also downtown SLC. With three bedrooms with queen beds and three full baths, this until was perfect. We had a couple minor issues - the dishwasher was malfunctioning and it wouldn't stop making a pumping noise, and the unit didn't have any bathmats, washcloths, kitchen towels or dishrags. However the owner was very responsive and replaced the dishwasher very quickly. We were happy to be able to run two loads during our stay. The unit has a recently remodeled kitchen and all 3 bathrooms, we enjoyed the new appliances (the fridge makes ice spheres!) and our master bath was really nice. Still no curtains on the front windows, but other than making awkward eye contact with a dog walker one morning, we didn't actually mind. We plan to come back next year for skiing, and we would be happy to stay here again. I recommend this unit, especially the three bathrooms, all with showers, and HUGE hot water tanks. It's great for larger groups.

Our travel group spent 3 nights here. The house is freshly painted and the interior was well decorated. Everything is brand new. Beds are comfy and bathrooms were really nice! The house was immaculate....probably one of the cleanest we have seen. Proximity to sites around SLC was very convenient. The host was very responsive. This house was another VRBO gem! Would come here again!

The home was nicely remodeled. Very clean, accommodating space. Only downfall was having neighbors upstairs and no blinds/window coverings in living room. We enjoyed our stay and will be back in a few days.

Nice house Home was very nicely remodeled. The neighborhood looked a little sketchy at first, but we had no issues during our stay. Only issue was a small ant problem in the very front of the house. Other than that, it was great.

Family friendly Nice rooms with plenty of space and gathering area for our group of 8. This is a duplex and the upper area was unoccupied during our stay. We had a short visit, but the area was quiet and we felt comfortable and safe. Plenty of amenities nearby and a short drive to the arena. Recognize that the 4th bedroom has triple bunk beds and is really set up for children since the space between the beds is small. Very enjoyable stay and the host is friendly and helpful.
