Good staff very nice and helpful everybody helps a lot. The room was nice

First off while trying to check in I waited 10 minutes before someone came to the front desk to check me in. The side table lamp had no light bulb in it. Also the area with the sink had only one light out of three that worked. The water from the shower head came out only as a trickle otherwise it wouldn't come out at all. None of the ice machines worked. The rates are reasonable but the hotel is in need of a remodel.

Not meant for multi-day stay. No microwave, mini fridge or other usual necessities

It looks like abandoned and smells weeds.

Needs repair

The accommodation is clean and spacious, conveniently located near the airport. There's a 24-hour front desk. The only drawbacks are the lack of a built-in toilet and hot water, but overall it's very good.

I booked it online after seeing some nice pictures, and the price seemed reasonable. However, upon arriving, my mood plummeted to disappointment. The lobby was dimly lit and had a cheap, no-name feel. The room was like a motel, and there were even some lingering e-cigarette cartridges in the bathroom. There was no hot water, so I couldn't take a shower.

The front desk was very warm and friendly, the room was very quiet, there was an iron, which was very convenient for me to iron clothes ~ There was a Chinese buffet at the door ~ The location was convenient to San Francisco and Silicon Valley, very satisfied ~

Not very good, dirty and weak

There are no facilities, there are many people of color, the hotel facilities are old and there is no breakfast

I had to wait for a long time at night before there was anyone at the front desk. I had to catch a flight in the morning and there was no one to check out.
