Gorgeous place and so cozy. Stayed 5 days and enjoyed every minute. Want to go again. I am 62 and rode tubes down the river. I laughed and laughed. My husband died so a girl friend went with me.

We had a wonderful time, the property is lovely! We had a small maintenance issue with the hot tub and they were very attentive and helped out right away when we called. All in all it was a very delightful stay. We would definitely stay at this property again.

Mountain getaway Everything is like new. Never used a hot tub before and Melissa texted me the instructions to get it in the correct mode for usage. The washer/dryer was a little too high tech for us. However, it cleaned our clothes just fine. Very quiet here with the South Toe river in back for comfort. Love the stay very much.

Highly Recommend Stay here! Very clean and had everything we needed. All applicances and features are up to date. Fenced in yard for kids and dogs. Right behind the property is a river that our kids played in for hours. Right outside of Burnsville, so easy access to grocery store and restaurants.
