Unparalleled views and access to the pond! If you like kayaking, canoeing, paddle boarding, peace and quiet, bird-watching (swans, ducks, geese, osprey, cormorants, seagulls, and little birds) — this property is so well worth it. Incredible sunsets and you can also see the sun rise if you are so inclined. Very clean and spacious. I would say that the kitchen is on the small side, so if you are planning a lot of cooking in this might not be a good fit. Convenient to multiple nice beaches via a short drive, and very responsive hosts. We are very grateful to have had great weather, off-season, to enjoy the quiet and views.

Fabulous Family Retreat!!! This property is a beautiful home filled with warmth and Cape Cod charm. The deck and view is spectacular! It is decorated to enjoy and admire. Everything describe in VRBO is precise and the home offers more that expected. My family created beautiful memories together and I am thankful to our amazing host.
