This hotel has shocking customer service. We had no AC and the TV didn’t work. Not what you would expect from a £250 night stay. Would not recommend and will not stay again. I gave Customer Service over 2 days to respond and nothing. Avoid!!!

Nice hotel

Tremendous!

The service was terrible; typing out complaints was too much trouble, and I wouldn't be coming back. But I have to say, this supposedly star-rated hotel's room phone was unusable—get lost... I don't know what that means.

It may be a good hotel in Nan'an, but the facilities and breakfast hygiene are a little worse. It seems that the deposit has not been refunded. I have not contacted the hotel yet.

The room has a view of the yacht harbor. It is recommended that the room with a view of the Atlantic Ocean has a better view. Please tell the front desk. There are motorcycles in the street in the early morning. The bar downstairs is quite noisy. Be prepared. Breakfast is on the sixth floor. You can see a good view. There is not much to see in the small town of Southampton. I do not recommend staying in this city. I recommend staying next door. Portsmouth.
