Good, clean friendly staff. Book direct and not via trip.com as they really are terrible! Never again!

Located nearby the cruise terminals. Spacious room. Energetic and friendly staff. Simple menu at the restaurant but good food, the breakfast there is a perfect start for the day. We were alloted with an easy accessible room which the bathroom is big (the bedroom area is smaller); and with an unpleasant odor of bleach that smells like elderly home.

Fantastic hotel and quirky room setup. Perfect location for cruise terminal, just a short walk. Lovely breakfast though the service was a little patchy. Lovely place to stay, would book again without hesitation.

The floor was full of dust and the toilet was not cleaned daily with Pooh stayed on the toilet bowl.

The room was really spacious and came well-equipped with a dishwasher, pots, cutlery, a fridge, and an induction hob, making it ideal for preparing simple meals. Laundry facilities (washers and dryers) are conveniently located downstairs and are card-operated. The location in Southampton city centre felt very safe, and it's only a 10-minute walk to the main shopping centre.

Conveniently located near shopping malls, dining options, and the cruise terminal, all within easy walking distance. The staff were friendly and the rooms were clean. The only minor drawback is that it's a bit pricey, but this seems to be the going rate for hotels in the area.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Ideal spot and rooms clean and beautiful!! Restaurant had a lovely atmosphere and food was amazing! The whole complete package! Would highly recommend!!!

This facility was a surprise in many ways. Across from the front of the hotel is a lovely little park. The check-in was easy (I could have even done an online check-in). The staff were friendly and efficient. Our room was a studio apartment, nicely furnighed. There was a sink, hotplate, micro, and even a dishwasher which was unexpected.  I explored the surrounding neighborhood in several directions and found many places of interest. Some were historical, some were interesting ting eating & drinking venues It was not a long walk to the West Quay Mall for shopping or to the SeaCity museum. 

Hade a wonderful couple of days here.  Staff couldn’t do enough to help.

Hotel located in a nice part of town, close to the ports with easy walking distance into town. Staffs are friendly and helpful.

Very nice hotel and clean. The room decoration is very nice and the room is spacious. They got us a free upgrade which was amazing.
