Sue at the front desk was absolutely wonderful and incredibly helpful, a huge thank you to her! However, there was a blonde, curly-haired Caucasian man working in the evening who seemed very unhappy and quite unpleasant to deal with, which was very stressful! The hotel room was quite small, but the price was reasonable and the breakfast was delicious, so it's still worth recommending!

We had a really comfortable stay at Voco Southampton. The room was spotless, the bed was great, amenities were perfect for us, breakfast was very good and the whole place felt well looked after. This is our first stay since their refit and they’ve really improved most aspects. Staff were friendly, efficient and welcoming throughout, which made check‑in and the stay itself really easy. Location was ideal for what we needed, with simple access to the port and shops. The only thing that would have improved the experience is a more inclusive approach to parking charges. Aside from that, everything else was clean, smooth and enjoyable, and this is always our first choice when staying in Southampton. We’d very happily stay again.

The effort put into the rebranding is clearly evident; it has transformed the atmosphere beautifully. My stay was delightful, marked by comfortable accommodations and attentive service.
